Vinyasa flow yoga | Monday evenings and Saturday mornings

Every Monday at 6:30-8pm and Saturday from 10-11.30am we host the amazingly talented yogi Olanna. Yoga is quite possibly the best thing you can do for your body and mind. Vinyasa flow yoga differs in some important ways from its predecessor hatha yoga. Vinyasa yoga is often faster paced, and the assanas (postures) are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronised with the breath. Much emphasis is placed on the breath and the transition in and out of the assanas. A relaxing tune will help you focus on the movements.

Price 5 classes for £30. Drop in £10.

Advice wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and bring a warm jumper and socks for the last relaxation exercise.
