We’re recruiting a Sous Chef/ Experienced Chef de Partie
Hackney has long been one of the most creative areas in the country. The Russet provides a space for artistic expression to be released on the walls, through the expression of those that enter and through the menus. Come and join our creative, community cafe and events space in the heart of the coolest borough in London!
We are looking for a chef with:
– Min 3 years experience in good kitchens
– Good attitude towards food and people
– Food Hygeine Level 2 or above
– Experience of working with high volumes and under pressure
– Understanding of kitchen systems
The successful candidate will work alongside Head Chef David Castro and Chef/Owner Steve Wilson alongside a team of seven chefs.
Salary dependent on experience
Min 42 hours per week
