Events, Yoga Classes & Workshops
We’ve been hard at work building our new bar, writing new food and cocktail menus and getting out and about building relationships with local promoters to put together a programme of music, theatre, film, discussion, comedy, dance as well as some tantalizing pop up events. We’re also putting the final touches to our drinks menus featuring ciders from all over, draught from the London Fields Brewery and craft bottles, fine wines and seasonal cocktails.
Ciné-real, 16 mm film club (every last Thursday of the month) – From 7pm – 11:00pm
Ciné-real is a non-for-profit film club with the aim of bringing together film makers, actors, writers, directors, producers, photographers, cinefiles etc, to enjoy classic films as film and share a passion for the moving image. The films shown are all 16mm prints. They are also all examples of how technical or financial limitations actually led to the development of a new style, such as the use of jump cuts in French New Wave, due to lack of film stock. Creation from limitation.
TIME: 7.30pm – 10.30/11.00pm (depending on the film)
